Are TP2 radios campatible with Tp and are radios device specific if that makes sense ?

2. yes, but diamond and touch pro radios can be ported to work on eachother. and so can a couple other htc devices.

I'm in the Bmore area and I've tried the 1.03.15F, 1.11.00F, and 1.12.34F. The 1.12.34F made my battery drain fast and get extremely hot. The 1.03.15F caused problems. I'm now on the 1.11.00F. So far so good!

trying to download 1.03.09V but i cant seem to get the whole file... any help would be appreciated

im trying it again (3rd time)... it takes me a while though... according to the VzW coverage map, i shouldnt be getting any signal at all... lol and what do i use to get online???
