I installed the rom today to give it a shot. Everything seems to be working smoothly. The only personal dislike is the predictive text when typing something out. I can't intentionally mispell words or use slang without it putting in something similar. Can't figure out how to turn that feature off.

Other than that, this rom runs really fast and smooth. My gimped pro with a 8mb pagepool usually retains 40mb free ram which is great. The only thing I couldn't get to work was logging into Window's Live. Might be a CricKet thing though because I only have port 8080 available for traffic.

As far as the predictive texting, is that when you use the hardware keyboard?

Yep. If you use the soft keyboard/input it doesn't show up. Many times I have a bluetooth keyboard hooked up when needing to send a lot of text messages in landscape mode. Basically I would have to have the soft SIP ready for input in order not to have the predictive stuff taking over. A little annoying but I can get over it:)

Im not sure of the Verizon TP but on the sprint TP you can disable the Auto word completion by pressing the (Function Key) FN key with Space Bar and you get an option to Choose T9 English or ABC ....if you set it to ABC you turn off Auto word completion when you use the hardware keyboard.

On the few that I set up at my office, I think I had to press FN then space bar like Snager said and go into the T9 settings and uncheck everything, then press FN and spacebar again and select ABC mode. It was on ABC mode to start with but was still using predictive test so I basically switched it to T9, disabled everything in it, then switched back and it worked fine after that.

Ugh... there's a 23009 also. I am waiting on Da_G to chime in on whether or not 23009 is real or hexed before I upload anything.

winRAR gave the following error:

! C:\Users\Owner\Downloads\23008_TP.rar: CRC failed in SYS\browsingie\mshtml.dll. The file is corrupt

I reDLed the file with the same result.
