Re: ALL NEW! Next Generation 23004 MultiMedia7 Super ROM BUILT IN Iphone3g {3D Graphi

I finally installed the 23004 ROM last night and it's pretty solid...I have no issues dialing as far as I can tell, Facebook works perfectly fine, the Clear Storage Icon is where it should be...so not having a lot of the issues that somebody else listed earlier...I do have the minor bug that if you touch the top icon showing the time and battery, it does freeze the device as a previous posted recently mentioned...and when I launched TCPMP I got two quick one time error messages about particular plug-ins either not working or not being installed...one was related to large photos...but the program works fine playing my sitcoms and movies which is all I care about honestly...and seems to work fine with WVD as well...

Other than that, it's fast, the font is fixed, and generally pretty solid...also, I don't have the SPB Trial popping up at all...I did 2-3 versions ago, but not on the last two versions of the ROM...I agree this should be left to the user to install since you'll eventually need a key to keep it working anyway...

Other than that, glad to hear the cook is working feverishly on the next version during his vacation on the beach...

This is shaping up to be a really solid ROM imho...I think it's already the best that I've downloaded to date...

its weird when people talk about the bugs in this rom because somebody will say that if they hard reseta 2nd time they all go away. in your case or the way it seems you didnt hard reset a 2nd time. thats very odd.

Correct...I didn't hard reset and don't have 90% of the bugs another guy listed...I still have the Martian thingie on bootup from 4 versions ago as a matter of fact...reminder to self to flash the bootsplash later... but yes, this one installed clean and for the 12 hours I've used it since installing last night, is stellar so far...I haven't run every single app, but the ones I use are all functional...

as far battery life goes, at least for me, has been like non other. I made it all day. That has not happened one time in the 7 months ive owned the phone. Many different roms. It is very fast, almost to fast on the touchflo. file explorer is a lot better than the past too. Im impressed.

Im with you bro. I am having a dialer issue. it doesnt want to dial from the call history numbers inside the dial screen. At one point it wouldnt even dial the number i entered manually by pressing the hard key. That just happened today, so I dont know if it was a freak. To remove the problem in the corner freezing however, just turn off stylus lock. I uninstalled it altogether. Didnt even see the point. Go into windows/programs and delete the file. MAKE SURE YOU DELETE IT OUT OF THE STARTUP FOLDER IN WINDOWS AS WELL!
you will be caught in a vicious cycle if you soft reset before removing it out of there. all in all, Im sticking with, heck, its the only rhodium manilla rom Ive had that plays pandora, and the memory after the detatcher and phat finger runnin(all at the same time), is phenominal. ALL this stuff and im at 48%. Phenominal!
I do got one request. Does anybody know how to make the task manager button appear in the corner on the touchflo screen. It dissapears. its on the titanium screen, but no touch flo. Ive figured out you can /start/today and will appear, but minor annoyance. Thats my only gripe. Good job tech!

Battery life is actually the best of all the ROMs I've tried to date... I never experimented with Juicy, but I have used Psyki and Mighty recently, and am pretty happy with the performance on this ROM, especially given all the build-ins...

Is it possible to specify exactly what rom are you using. They are 3 or 4 different versions of this rom if i'm not mistaken?

I am using the newest quad version... I think 23004? The one on the bottom of the download list...btw, I am noticing the dialer issue others mentioned where the touch screen talk button does not always work...everything else is fully functional and the hard talk key works perfectly fine, so just a minor bug to be corrected in the next version...

If you think that version was solid, wait until you get your hand on the new Tech1 MultiMedia7 Super ROM "StarShip version", see pictures in post #1.. Thanks for your comments, the dialer problem is no more, tap on the battery problem is no more.... The Saturn Liberty audio problem is gone with a all new built in digital decoders, again thanks a million....

Those one time false TCPMP error messages maybe VC1 codecs related, you will only see them once, just click OK....
