I've seen this Vists issue on my x64 box, but the flashing still continues (even though it "stops responding.")

nice job mike and silence - thanks alot
i do miss all the custom start-ups and icons...
But a very stock experiance is what you were shooting for....

I'm assuming since lilrico pulled out we have no tf3d customizations?
