Great ROM silence. But is there anything I can do to make background for all pages work? Ive got the right one but it screws up the clock.

Silence X Rhodium Rom 6.1 Base Ver. 3.1

Text messaging.

Sometimes the last 4-5 words in a text message don't show up after I send it?

Then I will read a text message or a couple but then it will say I have 2 unread still. Which I don't because I just read them.

I like the ROM and all but I don't like having to double check and mark all text messages as read. I'm not sure about the last couple words missing either. I know that words may run off the screen but the last couple words are just missing.

Just want to see if there is going to be a fix or else I'll see if I can put up with it or not. So far tonight it was pissing me off. LOL. I think someone sent me a text message only to find out I already read it.

It is used to map g-alarm to the worldclock button, so if you've disabled TF3D you will see that error message every time you soft-reset. To disable it (and the mapping) just delete, move or rename the file SSMaHo.lnk from \windows\startup.

this is by FAR the WORST rom I have ever used. I am very much against it. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. many programs crash and do not run on the wm6.5 version of this rom. text msg is compromised. this rom has made my vacation a living hell. i wish i never flashed this rom.

Wow...easy there...I don't think anyone set out to ruin your vacation on purpose, and let's be fair - flashing a new ROM you've never used before right before vacation is a bit of a risky proposition. I've used just about every ROM in the top 10-15 on this site in the last month and I have to say that none of them has been an "epic fail". All have small issues here or there, but if you're getting app fails (maybe a .NET CF issue?) across the board, I suspect you have a different issue than this ROM specifically. All of my programs have run just fine on every custom ROM I've ever tried from this forum.

Sorry you're in a difficult position while on vacation; for what it's worth years ago my Sharp Zaurus took a crap the first day of a weeklong vacation and I lost everything on it, so I understand your frustration.

Maybe post some of the specific issues you are having and some of the wizards here can help get you running again?

Silence already used it to map the clock to missed calls. This is actually better than mapping it to galarm b/c there is not a lag when you touch the clock. Galarm takes a few seconds to pull up.
