just download the 6.1 kitchen and take the startup animation.gif
from the oem folder and put it into your windows dir.

If you want the greyfox startup splash go to the sys folder in the kitchen

Redist_dpi_192_resh_480_resv_640 and take the file welcomehead.192.png

Make sure you have view hidden files on or you wont see it..
Also dump that into your windows directory..

If you want a new boot sound make a .wav file and rename it to BootUpHTC.wav. Also put that into your windows dir..
I already have the registry set to read that file..

hey silence, whats the difference between the lite and medium versions, I installed the latest version before you upped these 2.

The medium version has Multimedia and Tools Folders with extra apps in them.

Downloaded and flashed 6.1 ver 3.1 and tried to add Watertown, SD to the weather database via weather database editor and it pauses for 2 to 3 seconds...and then sgows HTC Launching Touchflo..... Any help on this would be appreciated. Before tweaking the database it did work for Sioux Falls, SD...which is almost 200 mile s south of us..and has different weather than we do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Quick question. I am using the 6.5 rom and the Album in the programs list gives me an error when I try to open it. Any ideas?

Question Silence, any of your 6.5 have the TF3D2 in it, your Newest 6.5 is the tf3d and the rom itself is great, with very very good battery life.
