Flashed Silence 6.1 last night, added my cabs and tweaks and tested most of the day today. Great rom Silence. 6.1 is pretty much flawless for me. Great speed no hiccups or bugs (thus far).

Using SR10 6.5 v1. Loving the 6.5, although I'm use to 6.1. Going to flash to the Rhodium v2 and check it out before flashing to the latest 6.5 v2. I'd like to give 6.5 a go, just something different...

How does everyone get around to their programs in 6.5? Just use the start menu and hunt around? I don't mind the honeycomb, but the menus seem a little more intuitive. How do you get to your camera quickly without Manila? Do you use Start->Camera?

Also, anyone out there use Dashwire? Someone mentioned that they could restore the text messages with it by manually syncing. I wasn't able to do that. I restored with My Phone, but it took hours to get all my text messages back. Is that because of the threading issue as in restoring PIM Backup?

Yeah, I used to run Silence 9. 6AM -10PM I would still have 70% battery with direct push and beam turned off. I flashed yesterday at 10AM and at 10PM I was below 10% with shut down messages.

aside from my programs tab not working in rhodium v2 i cannot get the preinstalled google maps to work. had to reinstall a fresh cab to make it work. anyone elses googlemaps broke?

another thing i notice is major keyboard lag from typing to text on screen when texting. psyki v3 has no lag at all when typing

very simple.

download 2 rars in 1st post (the core files and your choice of rhodium 6.1 or 6.5 kitchen files)

make a new folder on your pc, lets say c:/rom

extract both rars to c:/rom

open that directory and launch the silence*.cmd

thatll open a dos prompt app and u make ur selections from there.

i think u have to press 1, enter, 1 enter

then a buildos window will open allowing u to pick and choose what packages u want in your cooked rom, select deselect what u want, press play. when its all done close the window and the dos prompt should finish up things for now

when its complete the pagepool changer will open and u have to select ur fresh rom which should now be located in c:/rom/ruu. pick ur prefered page pool (i suggest 24-32mb) click change to. exit, make sure phone is backed up and activesynced and the romupdate utility should pop open next and flash ur hot out of the oven rom...

dont forget to hit thanks if this helps...i got no rep lol
