PPCGeeks - [ROM] [FINAL] [06.26.09] MightyROM4 w. OEM BASE Included

Can anyone please help me? I've posted before and search all the Mighty threads. I have a TouchPro with Alltel (now Verizon) and MR4 6_20_09 and have no clue how to get MMS working. I can text all day long but when I try to send a picture, I get the following message: "Message delivery failed or message receipt failed" with Retry Now and Retry Later soft keys. I've installed the Alltel Arcsoft cab on the first page.

open up your messaging app to where you see your list of text messages, then click on Menu-Pics/Video Options-Servers tab-Alltel MMSC, then change the Connect via: to The Internet

anyway, I'm using 4.16 pretty much the way it came other than changing a wallpaper and installing some games... Radio says1.03.15F now and I do not get all that great of reception, or not as good as I did with stock sprint. I would ask for the quick down and dirty on how to flash a radio but I'm sure I can find that with search working or not.

Flashing your radio will not hard reset your device, only a soft reset. Nothing will get erased. Flashing a radio is exactly like flashing a rom. You run the update utility, select the radio.nbh file, same familliar screens come up, it flashes then reboots. I have not seen a single difference between any of the radios.

"IDS_ALLPRO..."
and
"IDS_REMOVE"

Has anyone experienced this?

I need help to restore Sprint/HTC original ROM. I have keyboard hardware problem, I tried to uninstall unnecessary software to see if my keyboard would work, and it did for a week or two. Now, I uninstall all software and clear storage [1234], but it still didn't work.

I need to call Sprint up to see if I can get manufacture replacement, but the MightyROM still on the phone.

I am having the same problem did you fixed it? As soon as I type anything the phone will close the app and return to landscape, only happends when opening the keyboard.

I happen to like notification of message sent so I change registry key: HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Inbox/Settings/SMSNoSentMsg to 0 whenever I flash a Mighty ROM. With all versions of MR up to and including 4R3Born, this would result in the desired pop-up notification and a short "blip" type sound. With versions on 6_09_09 & 6_20_09, when I make the same registry key change, I get the same pop-up but the sound is Alarm-Dawn which is NOT what I want. I've searched all the Mighty ROM threads and could find nothing on this. I know it is a minor point but maybe one of you gurus can answer this for me.

Just wanted to say that after trying out all the "NEW" goodies like MR6 and Juicy8 etc... I just had to come back to good old reliable MR4. This rom is just so dependable and looks great at the same time. So snappy too! Love it. Always good to know I can come back to this one. :)
