Re: [ROM] [JUNE.01.09] MightyROM4 [Windows Mobile 6.1 CE OS 21051 Build 21051.1.6.4]

Mike,

I must say I'm very impressed. I've been using Juicy's last 6.1 for about a month but this is awesome. I haven't noticed any bugs myself yet, and I'm not sure if you've fixed it or not but I haven't run into any software keyboard lag which is the #1 reason I was with juicy.

Keep up the good work my friend

( I tried to connect to my laptop, and it automatically when to internet sharing, and I also tried to connect to a friend's MACBOOK and it did the same. The storage card showed up on the desktop, but it was in READ ONLY mode and I couldn't copy any files onto the card.)

Any thoughts?

Go to Start/Settings/Connections/USB to PC

Select the bottom option "Ask me first about USB Connection...."

Hey Mike, did you change anything regarding the HTC Menus? I am having a hell of a time fixing them up with LilRico's theme and the ExtraSmall thing (all saved cabs that worked on R3born).

Thanks.

Edit: Nevermind, I got it worked out. Man, it is so picky about the order of the theme, the sizing cab, the mask file and then my modified ver. of LilRico's thing with reset in between everything, lol.

man im disappointed with the windows build. the newer windows build screws with wmp streaming while suspended. i cant seem to keep wmp playing in suspend for more than 3 mins. this problem never ezisted in reborn, only in new sys builds and mighty5.

looks like im reverting back again

I had hoped that this might contain the supposed Voice Command fixes from the AT&T ROM that was released last week. Of course, I have not found anyone who can verify that the new AT&T ROM fixes the Voice Command not announcing calls problem, but in any case, it appears to still be an issue with this build of MR....

Other than that, so far so good for me...

EDIT: HTC Pulled that update pending a web site serial number verification issue, so we will hopefully see that in the next few weeks. A non-hacked functional VC is the last thorn in my side with the TP...

are these GPS patches necessary with the last released ROM in may or this ROM just released? or they are already included?

I don't know if these builds have this app built in or not, but if they have nueDynamicClock cooked in, that has been known to cause some issues with wmp streaming while in standby because it drops the clock speed to 19.20MHz while in standby to save battery power.

This can, however, be customized. Go into your system settings, and right near the "memory" icon, you'll see a new icon for "processor" that actually opens nueDynamicClock, you can then customize the different speeds, or disable it all together. It's a great program for saving battery, but can cause some other issues.

Again, I don't know if these are in this rom, as I'm currently running another rom, but it's worth looking into!

someone complained this Rom doesnt have manilla 2.1. I am glad it doesn't it- still messes with a program I use daily.

I'm a noob at flashing but look forward to trying this Rom out.

also, very considerate of you to make a self contacted .exe file...
Keep up the valuable work.
