Issue with HW Keys and New ROM's

I"ve been ROM'in the hell outof my TP to find the best one for me. One issue I'm having with almost all of the ROM's is that the HW button below the touchscreen are not working. The may work once or twice, but all in all, the buttons are completely unresponsive.
I was also looking for an install cab for TouchFlo3D. I've been looking everywhere, but haven't been able to find an actuall install cab file.
