Standard Sprint ROM

Can anyone tell me everything that is included in the Standard Sprint ROM? I'm looking to build my own ROM but want to start with everything that is in the Sprint ROM and work my way backwards to remove what I don't want/need.

I know where to get a copy of the Sprint ROM, but what I'm looking for is what exactly is installed so that when I am using the Kitchen I can select everything that is in the Stock ROM and then start deleting stuff.
