You just reflash the device to the new rom just like you flashed the old one. When you are done make sure you hard reset the device to clear out any issues.

yes it runs smoothly. I mean, It is from SSK. :)I have been running his 21202 6.5 for a few days now adn have my PP set at 12 on a verizon phone with no issues. tonight I plan on re-doing my phone with the 21500 build, just cause I can.

sorry if i sound noobish but how do i flash again. all i remember from my last one is running the Rom Update Utility that i got with ssk 1.6. witht the new one do i just run the Rom Update Utility that i get with 1.7?

just download the already compiled ROM and run the RUU after your phone is connected Via activesync...

the reason why no one is helping you... is because you are not researching. READ the first page of SSK 1.7.

heres my question ..... what so we do with the system files? it isn't really clear here what to do with them

That is just if you are using the kitchen. For now, you should just stick with the Roms until you do some more reading and research
