Unzip the neupackageinstaller and copy the 3 or 4 files into \my documents.
Then take that OEM or package and create a .zip file.
Copy that ZIP file to your device.
Using file explorer, navigate to the \my documents and click on neupackageinstaller.
Once in there, select your zip file and it will install the OEM for you.

The easiest way to install them on your device is to drop them in the OEM folder in your kitchen dir. If you use a custom rom then you have to use the other option mentioned by rstoyguy.

Quick question jd...

Using quickmenu, and rearranging the startmenu contents. I'm using provxml to move links into \windows\start menu, Fine at boot, but then something moves any links I have there into \windows\start menu\programs... Is this wm6.5? And is this overridable? I'm really not that familiar with 6.5 yet. And great assortment you have here!

Edit: even links copied into \windows\start menu get moved after a soft reset...
editedit: or when you open the honeycomb stock start menu... guess I'll ditch quickmenu for now...

it worked on the older builds I havent tried it on this one but I believe that shell32.exe has changed slighly just a guess but in 6.5 everything is gonna be handled from \windows\startmenu\programs even settings and ect.

I'm using the Grown and Sexy tester Rom, I am not able to get sound notification on new Email working. You can set it, everything looks fine, but it won't play at all nor will it vibrate either. I'm looking forward to a new test rom or kitchen from you JD, I love your work.

When you say "new Email" are you referring to a new incoming email or something from the Rhodium
