Hey JD, I wanted to tell you I used your kitchen and its the first time I ever did anything like this, I added a few OEM's and the new TF3D2 and I gotta say that RIGHT NOW this is BY FAR the BEST ROM Ive ever had on my phone! Thanks SOOO SOOO much for all your work and easy instruction,GREAT WORK man!!!

This is actually an issue I've seen all the time. I go into the dialer screen and just push the down button to scroll through my previous received calls and after it gets near the bottoms, it starts doing that. I don't know about explorer though.

looks like its trying to multiselect or something but i'm working on it

if its any help it is not doing that with the G5 41009 6.5 Kitchen.

i can scroll up or down with no problems

i did remove htcscroll from the oem folder because i am running the rhodium port... could that be what is causing the issue?

are you using the HTC Dialer

UPDATE- i just switched to the windows dialer and my contacts scroll without issue

ok thanks I don't know but I think this is in the build then but after you use the WM dialer that issue is not there ?

no issue with either dialer, but like i said htcscroll was removed to avoid a conflict with my rhodium oem...

those of u having those issues with the contacts, try this out. Got it from xda and works very good! First time u open it, its slow loading ur contacts, after that, its silky smooth!!!
