Just downloaded dcd's rom. Thanks for posting both of those. I was reading about JD's rom a few days ago, and didn't realize it was stripped down. Thanks again for the links, much appreciated.

hi, i tried to flash my htc touch pro (gsm) with copper. everything went ok and it did give me a congratulations screen on my pc.

after that it rebooted the touch pro... all i get is the initial touch pro screen.
nothing loads. it has just freezed. i tried to hard reset few times but still getting stuck with the black touch pro screen...


please HELP!!!

I think this is only for CDMA. Thats Sprint, Verizon, Alltel, Bell and Telus ...i think...

Pull your SD Card out, load a GSM RAPHIMG on it, put it back in and then load into bootloader mode. It should allow you to flash.

I love this rom!!! I just installed this rom last night, and it works great!! There are a few little things that happen, like when you go into the system and change the theme, the start bar at the top, stays the color of the previous theme unless you open a big application like internet explorer.. or something like that. But, other than that, it works very fast, quick response... I love it. I love how basic it is, with nothing installed... no bloatware, nothing... its great!!! Keep up the great work... (the dynamic duo)

I have done this to my phone before too! Kinds scary. But you can still flash ROMS to it. So just download a ROM that will work for your phone and just put your phone in boot loader mode (Hold down Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously and hit the soft reset button, dont let go of the buttons). It will still connect with ActiveSync and you can still run the ROM update utility.
