I'm pretty sure it is supposed to, one of his previous posts on his site said that the 1% and FastCharge that he had released previously conflicted with each other. This should clear that up and allow both features to work at the same time.

no2chem,

i cooked this into my rom and now i have a slight issue. it charges however when u unplug the phone from the charger, the charging icon stays in the taskbar as if its still charging. has anyone else had this happen?

Is this only when you have fastcharge on? I can't seem to reproduce this issue...

This issue is mainly due to when you have more then one dll, or cabs installing on your device, so just check through your kichen and make sure your old taskbar dll or still not in there.
