i am running windows xp and having a big problem. anytime i try to open buildos it errors out and closes. the ppckitchen doesn't error out but when i try to use it the or carrier that shows up is at&t and i have a sprint tp. someone please help.

i think i know your problem
the cdma version of the touch pro is called herman not raphael
go into updater and download the herman device NOT RAPHAEL
this is why it shows up at at&t

Is everything in its proper place? Like the sys and rom folders?

yes everything is where it should be. and i have tried several kitchens all with the same problem. the only buildos that works for me is the ppckitchen.

hmmm. I've never encountered that. What is the error you're getting? Give us a little more info....

well basically when i go to open it it closes saying "buildos has stopped responding" everytime.

what operating system are you using? i know there are a lot of problems with vista
did you try completly uninstalling and removing buildos and reinstalling it?
