My Device show 95MB of RAM???
 

MY new verizon touch pro shows me only having 95Mb of free RAm when i look in the memory??? that can't be right...has anyone else had this problem?

its not really a problem. The rest of the RAM is reserved for the OS, so it won't show up as program memory.

And yeah, the Verizon TP is kinda lame...but its better than no TP!

With all the Verizon TP bashing that goes on here, you think one would be impervious; yet for some reason, that made me laugh my a$$ off! =D>

That's actually pretty high for the verizon touch pro. You must have a pretty lean rom setup. Stock, out of the box, there's only around 40 to 50 free.

Yeah. MightyROM leaves me at about 30 MB of free RAM, 95 MB of program memory. I manage to have no memory issues with that though.

And yeah, as often as you see "Verizon sucks", its still hilarious...

i only have 95 Total...not whats free i only have 9.55 free on startup! that the problem

Oh...you said 95mb free in your first post. You have to change the pagepool and diasable the dialer and voice command to free up mem for the verizon touch pro. Most of the custom roms on here have the page pool set too high for your phone.

A lot of the custom ROMs also come with a program in the zip folder called pagepoolchanger, open that program and then select the .nbh file, click on the new page pool size, and presto! From what I have heard, most Verizon folks are going with 9 or 12 mb pagepools

EDIT: I just re-read your post, and am assuming that you are still stock because you said NEW TP, you can't change the pagepool on the fly, it needs to be changed on the ROM image before flashing.
