Touch Pro Activated..... or not?
 

Just got an upgrade from sprint, from a "Touch" to a Touch Pro.

They activated it over the phone 5 hours ago, however I still have zero internet.


Suggestions? I realize I can use wifi.... but I'd rather have something that works outside my house :mrgreen:

Did you run update profile from the phone? If you did it sounds like its time to call back

First person didn't do their job properly.... second person got me up and running.

Only once in 8 years have I not been up and running in a couple of minutes and that was when I did it.
