For the Arcsoft, run the Remove cab, you will get a unsuccessful message (normal), then run the Arcsoft picture mail, soft reset then you are all good.

Starman, will 1.4 have the latest "D" fixes from xmod?

Hey thanks for posting the link.

The title bar icons disapear when you use the Htc dialer. In the next version I have removed the dialer because it breaks the new slide to answer feature, as well as adds a big delay in ringing to the point of missing calls when the phone is locked..

thanks, i did notice a long delay on incoming calls...thanks...looking forward to the new update (dont keep me up all night waiting for 1.4!, LOL).

you DONT need to run the remove pic mail (i simply install the ArcSoft cab and that's it).

all you need is the ArcSoft Cab, i suggest this be your very first Cab install after the Device reboots from the customization and test. (but if you are having issues after the arcSoft install, then use the carrier cab to see if it works for you)...

It may vary from ROM to ROM depending on what's in there, but I tried installing the posted Sprint Arcsoft .cab file and couldn't get the MMS to thread properly until I installed the Removal.cab file first. YMMV.

Like Nico said you don't have to, but I did just to be safe.

I am running this on the sprint network and had 0 issues with texting, even before I ran the Arcsoft cab.

Those of you having texting issues run the Arcsoft cab :).
