ok i just flashed
ATR 30 Manila/Rhodium TF3D2(build 21040)

rom but i did not like it. Now im goin back to mighty 4.16 but when the phone starts up the first screan is still picture of somthing that the older rom had, how do i change it back to normal?

hard resets after flashing a diffrent rom will usually take care of anything that was left over, after you flash let it do the cusomizations then hard reset.

it still does not change. its the the part of the phone when it turns on and the red letters and numbers come up

you should FLASH to the Stock Rom which should be in the stickies and then try to reflash to your selected ROM =)

nope its a no go. i just flashed to a stock rom and its still there

Try flashing one of Juicy or RSTG'S rom's and see if that clears it.

oh and i found out what's it called it the radio spalsh screen

i installed Juicy 6 and the radio spash screen is still there
