Stuck at the bootloader (infinite loop?) Calling ALL cook Masters!

I've unlocked the phone as per the sticky thread.

Then I downloaded the KK 1.8 custom rom to proceed with the flash.

The phone is stuck in a bootloader mode. I'm sure its from a error in my part but I am sure there is a way out of this problem as well.

When I hard reset or soft reset I get the following Screen
Screen 1
====================
RAPHIMG.nbh -
BOOTLOADER -

Press power button
to start update image

Press action button
to cancel update image

======================

If I press "update" the phone updates with RAPHIMG.nbh rather quickly. (takes 4 seconds to finish) and I am back to the Screen 1.

If I press "cancel" (the action button) it takes me to a Red, Green and Blue screen that says the following

============================
Security Unlocked

RAPH800
SPL-0.37.CMONEX
MicroP-Hermann (LED) v0c85
MicroP-Hermann (KEY) v0685
PSOC- RAPH STAGE_EVT v20

Uprade ROM Code error
Please try again
===========================

I've flashed my phone numerous times (Mogul, Diamond) and this is the first time I ran into this issue. I'm in a bit of a panic mode.

Can somebody help me please?

Edit: I've tried to hard reset, soft reset, to no avail.

Try going into "bootloader" mode again and try to flash a different rom and if it goes with no problems then you know it wasn't you or your phone. You could have gotten a bad or corrupt rom thread. That has happened to me and this is how I solved my problem.

sounds like you might of unlocked your phone via SD card. If thats the case make sure your flash card does not have the unlock image which is also titled RAPHIMG.NBH.

If that don't work try downloading the stock rom and flash with that and try again witha cooked rom.

I've download the stock ROM.

Now, flashing it is a problem for me.

Would I do this at the first screen or the red, green blue screen?

first try leaving your phone on Bootloader make sure it is unlocked and that you didn't accidently flashed the Re-locker. If you got the right one, take your flash card out, then connect your phone to your computer and try and flash a rom!!

I'm not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing, but I put the KK 1.8 nbh file in the SD card, renamed it to the RAPHIMG.nbh and letting the phone flash. Its at around 80%. I hope I am not bricking the phone to the point of no return.

Make sure this is wht is says on your bootloader screen

to confirm you got it installed, go into bootloader mode (tricolour screen!) and verify the screen shows 0.35.CMONEX or 0.37.CMONEX (or 0.25.CMONEX MFG).

It says, that its been updated.

I performed a soft reset.

It took me to that initial "TOUCH PRO" screen

Now, I'm waiting, its been 1 minute

No, I don't think it's going to "Brick" if it goes all the way to 100% you are good.

Flashing with SD card I find it to be slower than through PC. Again make sure you remove the image from your SD card when you finish flashing or move it from the root of the card to a folder.
