my phone just sits at the Verizon wireless logo screen with the message "Please wait, phone starting up"

Tried reflashing, no go...

Flashed with Scott Crosler's 21159 WinMo 6.5 ROM and it worked but it's buggy as hell. I can't even send a new SMS TXT message.

I get the same thing with every 6.5 build I try. But it doesn't always hang. If I soft reset a few times, it eventually will boot and it is very stable after that. 21198 seems to hang at boot less often than previous builds. Enough that I am running it daily now. I just have to make sure I pay attention if I reset it that it actually boots.

And I also tried every combination of flashing back to stock, relocking, locking, hard-reset, etc....

Maybe it's the hardware version? Mine is 0002. What's yours?

Where would I find the HW version on the phone?
