This fixed two problems I had - weather tab rebooting TF3D and contacts not working at all. The only issue I have with that version of Manila is that it appears so dated. For example the index along the right side has the letters all bunched up. I had not seen that issue for a long time. Seems everybody else has fixed that problem.

Thanks for this tip anyway. I got the ROM working nicely so far.

Yeah, but I am glad it works for you now. I am planning on using Juicy's manila now. I have one or two more bugs to work out and the new updated rom should be good to go.

The Lock Setup is nice to make the 6.5 lock automatically come on when you turn the screen off. The Sprint Extras are items like Update Profile and Sprint PRL.

Just fyi, i have encountered 2 issues.

1) the volume will randomly turn itself up or not change via the touch screen (registers on screen but icon on top will not change)

2) WMP will not play more than one song in a row. The songs will line up in the now playing (as well as titanium etc) but will not move to the next song.


Other than that, the dialer works great and rom has lots of nice extras. In regards to the dialer, it S2A (ignore) responds faster using the hang up button than sliding.

Unfortunately the only fix right now is to download xboxmod's manila cab and install it. It will fix the rebooting issue. I am working on a new release as we speak.

Great ROM! One problem Ive noticed...I can download my email (from Gmail), but nothing shows up i.e, I can see the massage that says "261 headers downloading"). I know my data is working, as I can update weather.

anyone else notice this...is it just me?

It works if I turn it on in the connection setting, but not from comm manager.

Also would like to see the little popup that allows you select if you want to use activesync or get direct access to the SD Card. The direct access modes seems to be a lot faster.

I don't know if this by design, but selecting an appointment for the home screen brings up Windows calender, not the HTC calendar.

This release is actually quite a flop. I just ran through all the problems and have duplicated every single one of them. I have fixed all these issues but the email issue. I am looking everywhere to fix that. I am hoping to have an updated rom out today that fixes all these

Its a very good ROM, just needs a few tweaks. I love that missed calls don't show up on the Home screen, unless you have actual missed calls. Also, the signal strength works properly - Juicy's ROM doesn't give me any bars.

I got an error when I unzipped it in the ErrorBattery.fig file. The RUU_signed.nbh file is fine. So can I load if from SD or should I wait?

I removed the files. That is why you got the error. 21806 has an issue with the hard keyboard on our phones. So I have went back down to 21728 and will uploading soon

Hey sorry for the stupid question but where is the nbh file or the bootloader???or is this a kitchen. I downloaded and got an oem sys and device folders. Don't know what to do with them.

You download the base, not the rom. He hasn't uploaded the ROM links yet. Need to wait for JMZ to update with new ROM links.

Well, see what happened was.......

The bottom line is, I have three problems. At least one of these appear on any sys I use except an older one. No matter which sys I use one of those pops up. It seems to be completely random with no pattern. I am sorry I don't have it out yet. I have been working all day on getting it released but the three problems are quite major so it isn't something I can look past and accept.
