Need help unlcking GPS

My service provider is Verizon, and I can't for the likes of me figure out how to unlock my GPS ](*,), been trying for a few months now. If anyone would be so kind to help me I would be greatly appreciative

I Cant Get A Gps Lock For Nothing...sprint Is The Worst!!! How Am I Suppose To Use Latitude If My Gps Dont Work!!!!!!!!!! Anything Sure Fire With Sprint Pm Me With A Strong Answer!!! Thanks Illl Be Happy To Thank You!!
