It takes some time, but it completes, and i get the success message, but when i try to enter my msl code, it wont accept it cuz its still unlocked, therefore not giving it a reason to need the code.

msl code has nothing to do with being hardspl locked or unlocked. perhaps you should explain what you're trying to do so that i can tell you what you're doing wrong.

Im trying to get into my ESPT or ESBT (IDR what it is, but its the ##DATA# code, so i can edit those) so I can absolutely swipe it back to factory settings, where it erases everything, including the life of the phone and everything, but since its unlocked, i cant get into those settings no matter whatg.

being hardspl locked or unlocked makes no change in the epst or your msl code. so you still haven't explained what the problem is exactly. is it telling you that you've entered the wrong unlock code when you enter in your 6 digit msl code?

Re: unlock, flash and even relock your TP via the SD card!

very bottom of the first post covers relocking.

EPST has NOTHING to do with locked or unlocked. after flashing stock again thats all you need to do, if your trying to clear out the lifetime statistics, your getting into things akin to rolling back the odometer on a car and I won't help there.

I know it doesnt, but when its unlocked, the msl code serves no purpose, because thats what the lock code is, so therefore it being unlocked, i cant enter an msl code in to get to myespt settings, because from there i can wipe everything. my problem is, is that it wont re-lock

dude...are you reading what we're saying? lol. the 2 have nothing to do with eachother. wether you're hardspl locked or unlocked, you still have to enter your msl code to enter epst. if you answer the questions asked above, we can help you.

Re: unlock, flash and even relock your TP via the SD card!

unlocking does NOTHING to the EPST your msl stays the same unless you changed it using something like cdma workshop. I go into my epst all of the time with unlocked phones. you just probably have the wrong msl written down or somehow you managed to change it.
