Re: unlock, flash and even relock your TP via the SD card!

I've got a Touch Pro on Verizon...

I unlocked it and went through many roms...

Long story short my keyboard is dead and I need to send it in for warranty...

I installed the STOCK rom and then ran the SSPL locker and it updated...

My question is, how can I tell if my SPL is relocked?

*edit*

Did the move RAPHIMG and did the power and volume down soft reset...

It says SPL-0.35.0000

I'm looking to relock, and I would like to know if it worked or not as well... When I go into the bootloader mode, it says "security unlocked" at the top, which makes me think it didn't work. It also says the SPL is "SPL-0.37.0000"... is it good? Thanks.

the 00000 means its locked up that part would say cmonex if it was still unlocked. all rainbow screens will show security unlocked on the touch pro regardless of actual locked status.

I must beg you to read the process one more time, if you are running the sspl on the computer then you have not followed the instructions at all. I will check back in a bit if you still need help.

Re: unlock, flash and even relock your TP via the SD card!

I followed instructions to the letter, however once I get to my bootlocker it flashes the grey screen for an instant... so quickly I had to run it a few times to read that it was flashing "No image file!"

I formatted the SD card (stock 1GB) to FAT32, and even tried it as FAT then tried it again with FAT32, with the same result each time. I ran the SSPL from "My Documents" in my Touch Pro memory, and it goes to the bootlocker screen. I used an SD card with nothing on it but the RAPHIMG.NBH that you linked to, and even tried using a custom ROM named the same way in case it was already unlocked. However, it's not unlocked as it still says "SPL-0.40.0000" on the bootloader unless I run the SSPL Manual.exe (in which case it says 0.25....). No matter how I run it, it flashes "No image file!" the same way (unless I go into bootloader without the SD card in the phone, then nothing flashes up).

I am going crazy with frustration. :P I even used two different SD cards formatted as instructed to make sure it wasn't a defective card. Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance! :)
