no the assisted gps the part that uses cell towers instead of just the gps ill find the link one sec.

wierd, i wonder if its something that only works on old builds... oh well I don't use the gps for things that a 3 second lagg bothers me much so I haven't tried it in a while

im wondering if we can swap out the gps drivers from the mogul and see if that helps...i know i never had a lag issue with my mogul or my touch

its always worth a try. when they leaked that mogul rom, did it have a new radio or just an spl/rom update?

tomorrow when my wife is at work, and my son is taking a nap i will do some testing with radios and what not, honestly I don't think I really noticed the GPS lag much until I switched to the telus radio.

I'm using Sprint newest radio and I have no GPS lag whatsoever My gps is blazing fast turn by turn is early before the street. Gmaps locks and loads fast as well.

YA4 have you looked into the SDautoconfig yet?
I want to hardreset but running Autorun after boot sorta defeats the whole purpose. lol
