I don't know about you guys but I thank fay fay and others to help contribute tflo port 2 to CDMA. For the comments regarding stability, this is an alpha rom at best. There are issues with the rom even on the att side of things and there are things we just cannot control. However, the progress being made is amazing. And I'm willing to help in any way I can. For the comments that detract the rom and the stability thereof, they've been addressed all over the nrgz rom thread, the xboxmod thread and many other places.

Instead of making negative comments, contribute to make the rom work better or offer OEM packages and such to make this rom the best it can possibly be.

This ROM is amazingly quick but it is not without issues. I love the new stocks tab. Here are some of the problems i've found so far:

1) Touchflo tends to crash and reboot alot

2) Youtube error: "Cannot play this video"

Can somebody check if they can get a GPS signal? I cant get a gps signal for the life of me.

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it working.

Ill tell ya, this really isnt bad at all!! I was expecting ALOT worse! This rom is actually useable for every day use!

i must agree, i have been having a hard time flashing to mightymikes rom and i seen this one and it worked and i am pretty happy with how it is working so far, keep up the great work.

Works pretty well for me. Touchflo is fast, at least as fast as the good established roms. I don't use the contacts tab, so I haven't had any issues with that of yet. The landscape Tflo is rad.

I REALLY like how the calendar tab actually works and you can see and add appts. I cant wait till this is 100% done!

the only gripe I have is
there's no office =/
but I think I can quickly make a cab out of the OEM and install it on my device. Otherwise pretty stable so far. But I want to apply conflippers OEM (I have been dying to put his battery OEM in a stable rom!)

Very anxious to try out the new Manilla...however i think i will continue to wait (impatiently) for a fully working ROM. Good work though.

Im afraid the lack of weather database editing and the favorite ppl would b a deal breaker for me.

I've been running this ROM for about an hour now, works absolutely great!

Anyone got a recommendation on which version of java to use?

I just downloaded it. I'm about to flash now. I'll let you know what I think once I get to use it for a while.

few bugs ive noticed:

1) people tab has issues if you try to go to all people it tf3d crashes

2)tapping a message does not open the message

loving the new manilla though

Anyone get the right softkey to revert back to "programs"? I've tried clearing out the registry entries as well as using diamond tweak program...no luck.

Gave it a try, I love the New Manilla Skin. But as stated, this still has a little bit of way to go.

I noticed that When you recieve a Text message, You can't click and go read it, you must use ALL Messages.
Plus I thought The New Manilla Had a New Threaded Message with Pictures instead of the crappy one included from Microsoft ( anyone know where it went ? ;)

Youtube -- Cannot play Video error
Bookmarks don't appear under Opera in Internet Tab
Contacts dont appear, crashes if you attempt.
But in all, great Progess. The final product will be great ;)

Was going to try and download but from the look of the post's there is still a ways to go for this one to be ready for everyday and I need a stable rom for use. But nice work cfay, keep tweaking it.

98% of the bugs yall are reporting (besides youtube) are issues with the new manila. Its NOT FULLY PORTED yet. As for the negative and quite frankly rude comments i dont know if i even want to publicly share this anymore. Again almost all of these bugs are out of my control and hopefully will be fixed when the manila oem is released. Sorry if I seem short but some of those comments were a little harsh..

fayfay don't let those negative coments get to you some ppl just can't help themselves when it comes to not being able to keep quiet. I appreciate your work on this I tried it out and really think it works nicely. Cant wait till they get manilla all ported over nice work. Its great to be able to try out the new tf.

I couldn't agree with you more. Even I got annoyed by all the people who feel they need to let the world they WON'T be using the ROM until it becomes stable. Thanks, but no one cares people! :disgust:

Nicely put I cant understand how ppl can be anything but thankful for all the work that the rom cookers put in. I know I cant do it so I just think we should say thanks.

Been testing Rangers TF2 ROM, and the only changes i can tell that were implemented in this one is 21014 and fayfay went the extra and added the add email wizard amongst other things that were not in Rangers NBH file.

contacts tab bug, all people bug, youtube not playing video error, and manila crashing is present in both roms, I'm still rocking it

What I can't understand is at least 25 d/l's and only 10 peeps hit thanks. Seems we have a bunch of unappreciative folks around here. I can only speak for myself, but I am sure I echo the sentiments of many when I say that the hard work is most definitely appreciated!

i have an issue with the time. for some reason, it won't stay in the zone i've picked. it keeps changing back to the original zone it was in when it installed. i think whatever problem that exists with the alarm is probably linked to this somehow.

that being said, for an Alpha release, this is pretty impressive. Damn good work.

You can run this in verizon witout dcd cab but do not flash ok. Even if you change the pagepool this thing will run in low memory for us unless you remove the dialer skin change pagepool to like 12 and do not run tf3d you will be fine . But to be honest until it gets abit faster i would stick with something else.

Its a problem with Manila again, it should be fixed when they release manila officially on xda.
