what did you do to fix the weather? was you able to cook the fix in or was it done after the fact

weather fix, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=481379
download the weather file, shut down the default windows screen, and install. then farther in that post is a fix. the download will give you weather but no icons. the fix will give you the icons, and then you can get other weather icons from XDA as well. i will try and find the link.

ok, i give up looking. if anyone wants the other icons for the weather just request them and i will send them in a PM. the same guy that posted that thread is the one that has the icons. dont forget to follow the instructions on that page to get the weather to work.

ok, bored, got a strange issue happening. had to hard rest because of this several times. i start to load my .cabs and once done the screen starts giving artifact. its not a mem issue, running less than 60%. i have changed what .cabs i am adding and it still does it. anyone else had this problem?

i'm still stumped from the screen calibration issue....I flashed many roms from this very kitchen as well as most of the other users of this rom and you are the first that had that problem....

when you get time could you pm me a list of what you have added/altered in the kitchen and what cabs you are installing after the fact..... i really want to get to the bottom of this so you can enjoy this kitchen instead of trying to get it to work right for ya

artifact, its leaving residual pics from the screen before or when scrolling is leaving lines where they were. its kinda like if your downloading a page with pics and when you scroll before its done it leaves streaks. im working on that now. im uninstalling cabs and resetting after each to see whats causing it. give me a few min. as far as the calibration, it just never comes up. its fine now that that addition from above. all i did was go in and do a manual cal and all is well other than the smearing.

i have just done a hard reset. i will start adding .cabs one by one with a reset after each to see if i can figure out whats causing it.
