Bored is there a way to get working HTC volume control in your kitchen cooked roms? Native finger unfriendly popup sucks.

I do agree that the native popup is not the greatest but I felt the performance difference was significant. I should clarify this performance degradation is not consistent but occurs enough times to be noticed.... |

love the kitchen, takes a bit longer to load than others but worked beautifully. only question i have is, is it possible to prevent the kitchen from organizing the links in the start menu into folders? i ask this because i very meticulously arranged them, then backed up all the position binary values and i restore this during UC to have the icons in the order i want them in and since a lot of the .lnk's have been moved into folders breaks that.

you will have to edit the initflashfiles.dat in OEM_Lang_0409 and any other OEM folder that you are going to install into your ROM
the reason it takes a little longer is because if the multiple OS ... you gotta give a little to get a little ;) |
