My guess is the night before last when it had "died" it actually drained the battery from the alarm running for an hour straight w/o audible sound.

EDIT: I'm going to install a newer version of G-Alarm. Can't get any worse than it is now which is basically non-functioning. 1.4 is pretty old now. Looks like they are up to 2.0.5.

Ahh alarm bugs. The PERFECT REASON for being late to work.

Well, I'm getting alot of slowdown with 21222.5.0.0.B at times. Not nearly as much as I got with the previous kitchen.

I might switch back.

Has anyone been able to get VZ Navigator working on these roms? Any pointers on how to get it going?

I get an error saying "There was a problem initializing the GPS. Please exit and restart the VZ Navigator". The GPS works fine with Live Search and Google Maps.

Did you purchase VZ Navigator?

Yep. It works if I load a stock rom. It also work on some cooked roms but not recently. I have a need for it in a upcoming trip and since the service is already paid for by my company I would like to take advantage of it.

Hmm, well I don't know then. Can you manually select which COM port to use in it? I've never tried it.

Nope. I get the error as soon as VZ Nav loads up and after the splash screen. Does not even get to the main screen. Even then as far as I remember I don't think VZ Nav allows an option for this to be changed.
