I'm running MightyRom 4.12 right now. Haven't tried Juicy's newest yet but I already downloaded it.

As for our knowledge I got the same help from other members when I needed it. We're all here for each other!

Its really stable. Everything's working a lot better/faster than my Alltel stock. That thing was a bloated POS. GPS-WiFi-UC---All working flawlessly. Give it a whirl. I'm gonna try out Juicy's 4.12 in the next few days.

I'll put in my vote for mighty rom, don't have any issues with 4.12.. go look at this thread, and not too many people are having issues with the current release which is good, plus you get the cool colored themes which is an added plus.

Not sure if you know, a 1gb micro sd card come with the phone. It's packed in with the instruction manuals... As far as roms go, wait til Juicy updates to 4.13, the hardware keyboard is not completely functional on 4.12. In the meantime, I'd suggest to try out MightyMike's 4.12

I too am experiencing the same message and seem to have the same set up as you. Installed juicy about 3 months ago and have had no problems with the phone since. I also installed hard SPL so I will try the advice given above and post my findings. This does suck as the phone is totally incapacitated and you can't even turn on active sync to pack up your information, so it looks like i will loose all my stuff on the phone. if anyone has a suggestion on how to save the info on the phone before installing a new rom please let me know. I have pim backup installed but can't run it right now](*,)

People... Another alternative is to set up an account with mail2web, it's free and that way you know you will always have your contacts backed up. And it works with good old activesync, so no need to worry about back ups, restores, etc. It will synchronize by itself.

It won't save call logs or texts messages because, like I said, it's activesync. But still a powerful tool. Since I don't care much about the old texts and call logs I am golden. :D

Re: Help!!!! Touch Pro Raphael Beta?!?!

I ran into the same problem. I had Juicy's 4.6 rom installed, which I think is the culprit. The steps I took to fix it was:
1) Plugged in my USB to the phone and laptop
2) Started the phone in bootloader mode (hold volume down, and the power button, and reset with the phone with the stylus)
3) Ran "Custom_RUU.exe" from Juicy's 4.12 rom, but it should, in theory, work with all the other roms released.
Note that activesync will still say it cannot connect, but on your rainbow colored screen on your phone, you should see "USB" at the bottom (I think it means that the phone knows it's connected to the USB). The install should work, otherwise try the microSD card method that previous posters have suggested.
