He said Juicy 9 would be on it's way 2 months ago. I wouldn't count on it anymore.

I don't understand why you have to be sarcastically ungrateful and taking for granted at Juicy.

who are you referring to? broken promises are uncool, ive made them my self and the users were mad at me too. i dont blame then... things changed is all. it sucks... but still empty hope sucks. It is what it is guys, he may come back and save the day but you also may not want to hold your breath and if you not one for hopes and dreams then this wait may not be for you. I hope he proves this wrong but again ti is what it is.

Well, the timer went out for me saying the beta test of the software release is concluded. Now, I cant access active sync and I think my phone is bricked because of it....

Is there a way to change roms without using active sync?

put phone in boot mode ( power, volume down, and reset all at once )
then just load new rom

I put it into boot mode, but, windows 7 is not recognizing it as connected.

If you can't use active sync i would recommend flashing using the SD Card instead. There is a Sticky at the beginning of CDMA upgrade forum which explains in detail how to do it. Here is the link:

I hope this helps!
