Teal? Something in mxipcold_wpc_2.provxml or the stwater images maybe? What's wrong with volume control? I have a couple newer EXT that might work, single volume control works and volume overlays too.

Just so im clear before I try, On these builds our normal 6.5 taskbars won't work? Am I correct.?
