PPCGeeks - [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090922H (23052.5.3.0) [UC]

I noticed that the page pool is set at 6 for Juicy and 20 or more for other ROMs. I assume that higher page pool settings use more power, but I don't notice any speed difference with Juicy's Roms. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

correction Juicy ROM are set to 16MB page pool, verizon are set to 6MB.

Thank you for your reply, but I just rechecked and the 090704 build is set to 6. I am not complaining because it works fine.

can you change the page pool setting, the reason why I ask was that Nue mention the pagepool was not changing correctly, I believe the 6MB that you are seeing is incorrect, Juicy might want to chime in to verify but he sets all his roms to 12-16MB. but I could be mistaken, i was looking into when it will or has been rectify

Anyone had any luck with either of the auto-backlight apps on Juicy's 6.5 ROMs?
Tried G-Light and Lumos a while back and they didnt seem to work anymore.
Do you think it was just user error or are they not working?

pagepool changer is junk. it shows 6 but my rom is in fact 16mb pp

can somebody help me with updating my radio..? im using juicyRom 8 the latest build if that matter. but i what to approve my signal strength and i heard upgrading the radio is the way to go. i have search, so if anyone can post a link address to thread...TIA

Remember it just depends on your area for what radio works best for you. I'm on sprint as well and I use 1.11 Radio .. ! My stock one was 1.03 I believe. You'll know what version you have from the startup of your device.

When i try to text and have the keyboard out, the screen rotates normally, but after a few seconds rotates back to portrait. making it akward to type.
