I don't want opera to allways run in the background, is there a way to disable opera from coming on after reset?

FYI:

If you want the 6.5 lock screen make the following registry edit:

HKLM>Software>Microsoft>Shell>Lockscreen: change the value in the 'Enable' key from 0 to 1

Another solution to the lock screen/incoming call issue is to disable the HTC Dialer.

HKLM>Security>Phone>Skin: change the value in the 'Enable' key from 1 to 0

Its a give and take really, which do you prefer? Dialer or lock screen. BTW, the WM dialer lying underneath has been nicely skinned.

how does one turn off word suggestion? I dont see the options in the input menu. I notice a big keyboard lag. I would like to see if turning off word suggestion will help at all.

Go into your text messaging or some program that has an area for typing (email, opera, text, etc.)

Open your keyboard and hit Fn + Spacebar (T9) This will bring up an option to use ABC or T9, choose ABC.

and No. On other roms there are three colums in the input settings. One of the columns has the word suggestion option that you can uncheck. Calkulins and Juicy's roms dont have this column. There has to be a way to get it back. Better yet, why is it taken out as an option? Just curious.
