You are right though about the softkey changing to "Done" instead of Remove, but it does work. Also, did you find a way to remove "Home" from programs? Mine says it's locked.

I removed the lock on everything but Home. For those that enable Manila programs menu to replace the windows menu will likely need that button unless they want to hit the physical home, back, or end button to return to manila.

HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLauncher\0

Set DWORD IsReadOnly to 0

I'm attaching a cab that will remove the lock on the default locked shortcuts in the Program Launcher. Juicy only locks the home shortcut, but xboxmod's cab install locks more.

its not included, but just install microsoft voice command, then go to buttons (in settings) and choose the button to use. Should be pretty basic to do.

I really like the combo of the 6.5 start menu with TF3D2 + Program Launcher.

Note: This changes the look when you press All Programs. It will show them as 4 icons per row instead of 1.

+1 to Showaco's AllPrograms. I couldn't get the softkeys to unstick without it.

I begin by disabling TouchFlo and restarting the device.
I install the show.program.tab.cab (courtesy of xboxmod) and the reg file I use to autodisable a couple others.
The HomeTabSoftkeys is a reg file and it makes Left-Resco Explorer and Right-ProgramsTab. You can just edit the reg entries to whatever you like.
And UnlockProgramTabButtons is to unstick the locked buttons. I really only need to use 0.reg cause Juicy already unlocked the others.

If I do it in this order:
Show.program.tab.cab
WhiteFont_AllPrograms_Tab_v3.1b.cab(It resets)
Import reg entries for softkeys & UnlockButtons (powerdown NOTreset)

It works quite well.
Note: Somethimes something doesn't stick right and I have to copy over the 22bb_manila file once and restart one last time.

I gotta get my XP machine back up and I'll try making this my first cab from scratch.
