i did a hard reset and it was there...so if it was something i installed it wouldnt have been there

after i did the only thing i have installed was the dcd sprint carrier cab (enables ## codes) and the update prl/profile cab from the stock sprint TP ROM...

It was not a hard reset then. Juicy 6 roms do not come with this. You installed it with the dcd (aka carrier) cab.

and i appreciate the help

when i said delete...i meant deleting the pri prog. im assuming after the dcd install its in the windows directory somewhere but i need my ## codes...

im a tech in a sprint affiliate store and i use ##debug to show customers what their signal strength is when people claim they never get reception anywhere or drop 50 calls a day...

no newb here...
