Top Bar Stops Responding.
 

Just wondering if anybody has seen this before.
My own ROM made with lots of bits but it's very basicc as far as cooked programs.

Normally what happens is the HTC takmager 'icon" will stay in the corner even when not on the today screen and the programs "X" will be imposed over it.

The "X" will not close the app when this happens, it will minimise, and when on the today screen the taskmanager and maybe even the start button won't respond.

click (on the home screen) the top right corner, then click on the wrench then at the bottom on button then choose end programs by tapping x

That's all set.
It just doesn't do it when it happens. Don't know what the trigger is.
I hade it happen again and planned on building a new ROM and flashing so I had nothing to loose by letting SKTools loose on it in a big way.
I deleted every registry entry it found as well as cleaned everything it wanted.

After the reboot I haven't had it happen again. Yet.
