Unlocking Touch Pro

I am sorry but i was doing some searching and i understand how to unlock the phone to put custom roms on it, but will this unlock it also so i can use a different CDMA carrier. If not is that possible and how do you do it. Thanks and sorry for the noob question

There are way to do this... don't have the time to search for you, sorry. If you are a none Sprint customer trying to go to Sprint - no a big chance.

It depends upon what carrier you are going to. Usually this is something they frown upon but if you give the right song and dance who knows.
