PPCGeeks - Fastest ROM

The fastest rom is ROM 17.0ABC&D.....it fly's....blows away all of them....I have it on my TP and I also flashed it to my TV...it is a tad bit faster on my TV than on the TP.....flash it and you will never flash another ROM:!:

Thank you for all your reponses. It seems like Juggalo's ROM is getting alot of love. I used DCDs when I had a Titan. I thought that he would get a touch pro and I would just use his. I have flashed a couple already and have not really felt a difference. I still haven't tried Juggalos.

I'm thinking of trying some also. What I'm wondering is if any of the ROMs remedy the common problems of the Touch Pro. Battery life seems to be yes (to a point). What about keyboard lag? Is it just wishful thinking expecting that one of the ROMs can fix these issues?

I'm not trying to stir up any trouble but I am currently using Juicy's (unavailable here) 4.7 rom and whatever he did with that one WORKS LIKE NO OTHER!!! It is fast and stable. I use VSBenchmark on every rom i flash and Juicy's has outscored every one that I've used and I too am a flasher.... er... I mean flashaholic.

Juicy 4.7 is good, but I'm digging SSK 1.4...

Also, Sprint users might consider setting their pagepool to 0MB. It's been working great for me (1 day in so far) and I encourage others to test this.

Might not be good for Verizon since it doesn't have as much memory but for my Sprint TP it's pretty slick so far.

The thing is I've read about Juicy's 4.7 having some bugs and incompatibility issues in various threads. It's sitting here on my desktop but I don't know if it's worth flashing. Also, no I will not PM it to you so don't ask please =)

Juicy or Mightymike roms are the way to go :-)

i thought i was the only person on here that can't afford to constantly flash roms. People have jobs/midterms/families and might want to bypass the the 2-3 days it takes to thoroughly experience each rom and all its quirks. Besides what good is a forum if you can't share ideas and opinions?

With that said I would recommend Mighty's rom. It is very fast with everything except text input. I haven't tried all the roms but the ones i have tried are slow with text input as well.
