opera is still running, showing up on task manager and can see after splash the previous site i was on. took a look thru the /windows folder. if i run Opera9.exe opera maximizes up super fast. if i click "ok" then go and run OperaL.exe it runs the splash again. (the second splash always takes longer than the initial opening of opera :(

Now on the registry under html/shell/open i has --"/windows/operaL.exe" %1-- as the related app to run to open html files. is this whats making it re-run the initialization every time a new link is clicked from outside of opera? ie from rss or mail?
