Easiest way to back up and restore when flashing.

Alright I'm going to take the plunge and flash my TP. What's the easiest way to back up my phone to restore it after a flash. I understand some things may not back up very well, but I also don't want to spend another 10+ hours finding all the software I use.

How do you back up for a flash?

So you need a full system backup and restore application, unfortunally none of those are free, but you can use SKTools, Sprite,Resco,Sbp etc, some free aplications capable of backing up "contacts, appointments, tasks, emails, text messages etc" PimBackup or Dashwire. Hope that helps you.

PIM backup does a pretty good job and some of the cooked ROMs the writers preinstall it

I would recommend SPB backup. But like stated above it does cost money.

Since there are numerous threads discussion backup options (run a search in the Software Forum or TP Forum for "backup"), I'm gonna close this one down.
