The wife idea sounds like a good one as it doesn't keep me off the computer too long. I keep asking her if she wants the same phone I have and she routinely says no, the 29.99 one will work just fine. Thanks for keeping me honest on the thanks button....I need reminders. I really appreciate the effort you put in and especially your noob friendly approach.

What you can do is look for.....

*.fffffffffffffff1 and the cal info is in there but that is not the real problem. Its the fact I removed welCenter out all the way..... Look for welcome*.?? I forget. But its the welcome screen settings. Look for a -1 and change it to 255.

If that doesnt get you going then let me know and I will look at teh file names exaclt....

I see what you mean about taking the Welcome screen setting settings out - that makes sense. I attached a screen shot of a search of welcomeCenter files from your kitchen VS GC2.1.0 which does prompt me to calibrate. I am hoping that I can add OEM_gc_welcome to your OEM folder. I also attached this folder to check out.
Thanks!

On the same note... If there is sometjhing you want from the PPCK, lets say oh,,, hell, I dont know... WidgetX.... Then you can find the widgetX OEM in the PPCK OEM RAR file, grab itout and drop it in my OEM folder and it will show up.

Yes! I dropped the folder into the OEM folder and added a _ to the folder name like all the existing folders had. It showed up properly when buildOS is launched through your kitchen...Thanks

Also to anyone else interested, the buildOS application from ppckitchen.org (found here: http://www.ppckitchen.org/forums/loc...ks.php?catid=4) has a HUGE library of OEMs ready to be thrown into this kitchen... after you install and run the updater there will be .rar files in the 'kitchen' directory where you installed buildOS. Extract the folder you want into the SSK kitchen OEM directory.

Just so you know I put "_" on my folders so you can easily see what is MINE and what you ADDED... Because most folders dont start off with "_"

Good idea or what.

Secondlyu you dont need to install the update or even the app, there is a DDL right here.... right.... right...........
