It sounds to me like this new kitchen is basically what I've been running the last two days.
1.2 OEM's (though I see he's added in a few more), and FormerPalm's 2E 21109 XIP so that both CE OS and Build show 21109. This is what I've been running and so far it's mostly good. I still get some rare, random issues that I can't reproduce, none of the common things you guys are having though. Problems I've had were like... I went to use Voice Command to dial a number (not one of my contacts, actually said the full number), and it kinda flipped out, and made the whole phone run really slow until I did a soft reset. I still have the random problem of not being able to ignore a call sometimes. I have NO problems with ringtones or GPS though. Speed is good, free RAM is very good (I boot with about 64 MB with Manila and the HTC dialer disabled, but a bunch of other stuff running like S2U2, Weatherpanel, SPB Phone Suite, and Today Agenda). Just random bugginess a couple times. The worst is when the phone goes to sleep for a long time, it won't come back out of it and I have to soft reset, that happened a few times on 1.2 and once on this new hybrid with FormerPalm's XIP. I am not sure if it's some software I am running and if it keeps happening I'll start eliminating 'suspects'. |

Can't wait to give it a try. Will encryption be disabled by default?

The XIP is new; this could be just random things. Make sure you hard reset after first flash. That helps with wierd things, even on stock ROM. Well see if others have any strange issues. I didnt see any but we all use our phones differntly. |

yeah I always hard reset after the first flash. I don't worry much about the problems since most of them were like one time thing, but the phone locking up overnight (three nights in a row), and the ignore thing happen frequently enough for me to be annoyed, yet I can't figure out or reproduce them on demand.

Ok, here are the 1.5 FInal stanadard edition ROM's.
I think I will go with just one ROM for each carrier instead of a light and deluxe ROM.
