Restore Backed Up Data after ROM update

I just flashed to Juggalo's rom from stock sprint. I backed everything up with Sprite Backup. Just wondering if I am going to run into any issues if I restore all the system data like applications and stuff. Thanks for the help. Tried searching couldn't find any info.

You might have to reinstall a few apps. But your not gonna know till you try and run those apps.
