Copying contacts
 

Is there a way to copy all the contacts off my phone then load them back on to it after I flash it? Sorry I'm a big newb :???:

yea u could use pimbackup and it'll make a copy of your contacts and even your text if you want.
added to post, just run from your Touch Pro and save to SD card.

You can use PIMbackup to save contacts to your memory card. Then after you flash the phone just restore them.

Dashwire is a good option as well (www.dashwire.com). If you wish to save more than just your contacts, i.e. apps, settings, etc, then you would want to look @ something like SPB Backup
