anyone else having delays when trying to answer via the slide 2 answer dialer skin?

If I hard reset it goes away temporarily and sometimes if I slide it to answer the hit the connect button then it answers but most times it slides all the way over but doesn't answer.

running S2U2 as well but that's never been a problem before

Which version of S2U2 are you using?
I gave up on that program awhile ago. I had similar issues as you!
There are some features you have to keep off or it really screws up with call answering. Especially CallerID.

Also do you have phone set to vibe AND ring?
I noticed the vibration was interfering with answering calls (not to mention callers would hear a buzz when it finally picked up due to it still vibrating)

I installed a program called VibeAlert (search Valert.cab) It makes the vibe pulse instead of constant and that problem got solved for me.

using latest version. it got better with last change
Iwas previously on conflippers ROM and it worked pretty
well with that but still not perfect.

what do you use to lock it? I keep mine in an inside pocket and need something to prevent key/button presses

No, it was added to 4.16 but is not in 4.15

wanted to try Mikes rom for a while now(only had t. pro for last month) 2 quickies though- does latest (4.16) include:
a) master yoda neu 1% and fast CH from here:http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=63605

b) is it rhodium man. - if it is does it have 1d fix already and the warkaround fix for clock?

Slightly longer answer: but, we should see a new (maybe beta) version very soon that will likely have both.
