Hard reset first. Either re-flash using Mighty's ROM if that doesn't work flash another ROM then try Mighty's again. Make sure you have a clean RUU folder when you do so.

Read the first 10 posts from the ROM's thread and see if you can find an uninstall solution or something. If not I am sure you can google: change the htc pro boot screen and find the original file my guess is that it'll be at XDA forums. I think I've seen it there. I wish I could link you but I'm mobile right now.

But it moves so fast, people miss it. Use the attached to get the buttons back. What you can do is install it, reboot then uninstall it and it will leave the buttons there, even after an uninstall.

If you are talking about Sprint TV, just make a shortcut to it and put it in the programs folder...
